The Techloq extension allows you to have more control of your filter settings.

It can be used both in Chrome and in Edge and it gives you the ability to change the filtering settings of sites which are already allowed in your account, for example, if you want to view images which are now showing up as image-filtered, or vice versa.
You will be asked for your authentication code before making changes using the extension in the same way as when you ‘request access’ on a block page.
Here are some of the changes you can make to your filter settings on individual websites:
- Adjust Image Filter
- Adjust Audio Blocking
- Adjust Video Blocking
Please note: These features can only be adjusted if they are already applied to your account. You will not be able to add an image filter to a site if there is no image filter enabled in your account. Get in touch with our support team to have any of these features added for use in your account.
Some additional features of the extension are:
- Check my filter settings: where you can find out about the current filter settings on a specific website.
- Block this site: which is used to blacklist a website or close a category in your account.
- Clear cache: used to update your browser so you see your latest filter settings in effect.
- Log in/out: of your Techloq user when relevant.
Important to note:
- To carry out any action using the extension, make sure to click on the extension whilst on the site in question.
- To adjust the filter settings on a full website, please ensure you are on a page where just the main website name is written in the search bar. E.g. techloq.com, not techloq.com/#features
